Your results depend as much on what you do after your appointment as what happens during it. Follow the guidance below for your specific treatment to protect your skin and get the most from every session.

Skip makeup for the rest of the day — let your skin breathe
No actives tonight (acids, retinol, vitamin C) — back to normal routine tomorrow
Avoid saunas, steam and hard workouts for 24 hours
Drink plenty of water — your lymphatic drainage works best when you're hydrated

Brow wax and shape. Simple aftercare to keep your shape looking clean.
No makeup on the brow area for 24 hours
No heat, steam, saunas or heavy sweating for 24 hours
No sun exposure or tanning on the area today
Slight redness is normal and settles within a few hours
If tint was added: avoid oil-based cleansers around the brows — oils fade tint faster
Brush through daily to keep the shape
Brows & Lashes
Brow lamination, wax and tint. The first 24 hours are critical — follow these steps to protect your lamination.
Keep brows completely dry for 24 hours — no water, steam, sweat or makeup
Don't touch, rub or brush the brows today — let them set
No saunas, swimming or sunbeds for 48 hours
From tomorrow: brush into place daily with your spoolie
Apply a few drops of squalane daily to keep the hairs nourished — this is the one step that keeps laminated brows healthy
Avoid oil-based products directly on the brows for the first 24 hours (after that, squalane only — skip heavy oils)
No exfoliating or actives on the brow area for 72 hours
Rebook in 6–8 weeks — sooner isn't better with lamination
Maintenance appointment: you can book a top-up 2 weeks after your Sculpt if needed
Any issues after your Sculpt — message Arianna directly.

Lash lift and tint. The 48-hour window is non-negotiable — this is what makes the lift last.
Keep lashes completely dry for 48 hours — no water, steam, sweat or tears (this system needs the full 48, not 24 — it's worth it)
No mascara or eye makeup for 48 hours
No rubbing your eyes, and sleep on your back tonight if you can
No saunas, steam rooms or swimming for 48 hours
Remove eye makeup gently with an oil-free remover once you're past the window
Do not use castor oil on your lashes — it breaks down the lift. Instead, a few drops of squalane daily keeps lashes conditioned and strong
Avoid waterproof mascara for the life of the lift — it drags the curl out
Brush through daily with your spoolie
Rebook in 6–8 weeks — back-to-back lifts too soon weaken lashes. Maintenance after 2 weeks.
Any issues after your Lift — message Arianna directly.
